Sailors reporting for in-processing at Naval Station Mayport should report to the quarterdeck, Building 1. Personnel reporting on the weekend at Naval Station Mayport should also report to the quarterdeck and personnel reporting to tenant commands should report to the command.

Personnel must report in uniform, and uniforms are to be worn throughout the in-processing procedure. Winter uniforms are worn from the first Monday in December until the first Monday in March when uniforms change to summer uniforms.
